**Job Summary**

The Regional Planning and Performance Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting quantitative and qualitative data to support planning processes in the region. This role will involve working closely with the senior leadership team to inform evidence-based decision making.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to support planning processes
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accurate and efficient data management
  • Present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data gaps and needs
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve planning processes and outcomes

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as community health sciences or epidemiology
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of community health assessment processes and data analysis techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and independent judgment
  • Proficiency in both official languages is essential for this role

**Working Conditions**

  • Requires a valid Class 5 driver's license and an all-purpose insured vehicle
