Retail Sales Manager

At ABBY FLYING FASHION LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fabric store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet that demand.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and develop marketing strategies to promote them.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that the store is operating within budget.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in retail operations, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of market research and trends, and ability to develop strategies to meet consumer demand.
Work Environment
- Fabric store environment.
- 5-10 people supervised.
- Permanent work term.
- 40 hours per week.
