Retail Sales Manager

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal sales performance
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
