- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain Financial Records: Manage and maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning operations, including budgets and expenditures.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide ongoing training and development to the cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of supervisory experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week
