Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading root cause investigations, analyzing downtime trends, and implementing solutions to improve asset reliability. They will oversee predictive maintenance technologies, support risk-based inspections, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to develop strategic reliability plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in reliability systems and root cause investigations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A minimum of five years of experience in an industrial environment
  • An Engineering Degree from an accredited institution and eligibility for P.Eng. certification
