We are seeking a Budget Optimization Specialist to join our Finance team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and data analysis, with experience in managing and optimizing budgeting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Oracle Hyperion system to ensure accurate and effective financial data
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide training and support to Finance staff on financial system procedures
  • Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in financial systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field
  • 2+ years of working experience in Finance, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budget management, and accounting processes
  • Proficient in MS Access, Excel, and Word
