Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

Captain Foods ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail and wholesale establishments, including managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
  • Plan and manage budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The role will involve a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
