Job Description

G & B Woodcraft Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Establishment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail and wholesale establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Work Environment

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or wholesale establishment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
