Healthcare Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Associate to join our team at Parsa Wellness Inc. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
About the Role:
- This position involves providing support to patients and healthcare staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of care services.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Tasks- Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with patient transfers, weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients.
- Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments.
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring that essential items are always available.
- Bathe, dress, and groom patients as needed.
- Transport patients between care facilities, using wheelchairs or stretchers as required.
- Answer call signals promptly, determining patients' needs and responding accordingly.
- Collect specimens and prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
- Administer first aid in emergency situations.
- Possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Hold valid First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capacity to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Dependable and organized, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability, coping with changing priorities and unexpected situations.
- Initiative and self-motivation, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, making informed decisions in complex situations.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
