Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Associate to join our team at Parsa Wellness Inc. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

About the Role:

  • This position involves providing support to patients and healthcare staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of care services.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Tasks
  • Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assist with patient transfers, weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients.
  • Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments.
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, ensuring that essential items are always available.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom patients as needed.
  • Transport patients between care facilities, using wheelchairs or stretchers as required.
  • Answer call signals promptly, determining patients' needs and responding accordingly.
  • Collect specimens and prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations.
Education and Certifications
  • Possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Hold valid First Aid and CPR certificates.
Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capacity to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining composure in challenging situations.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Dependable and organized, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
