This role involves assessing clients' physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning, and educating clients on topics such as safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies.

You will also be responsible for supporting return-to-work programs, utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions, and participating in case conferences and case management. Additionally, you will collaborate with the inter-professional team at your clinic, supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred), and network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark OT programs.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is registered with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists, has previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions, and can be autonomous while working both independently and as part of the team.
