We are seeking a skilled Food Processing Supervisor to join our team at the Galati Cheese Company Limited. As a key member of our dairy operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimize hazards throughout the food production process
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Develop strategies to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other teams
  • Procure or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-7 months of experience in a supervisory role
  • Dairy industry knowledge and experience preferred
