About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Beneficiary Attendant at Cogir Immobilier. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities and provide support with personal care
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental health to the on-call nurse
  • Participate in health and hygienic care activities to maintain residents' dignity and integrity
  • Contribute to the development of residents' action plans based on observations and feedback
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1 year of relevant experience in a care setting is an asset
  • Knowledge of retirement homes is a major asset
  • Law 90 training and up-to-date CPR/AED certification are required
  • PDSB training is also required

Job Details

This is a permanent part-time position with a schedule of weekends, evenings from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. An evening premium is applicable.
