Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Beneficiary Attendant to join our team, working night shifts from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. as a caregiver support associate. This role is perfect for individuals who are empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing top-notch care to seniors.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around, promoting their mobility and independence.
  2. Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on observations, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Carry out health and hygienic care to residents, maintaining their dignity and integrity while interacting with them.
  4. Proactively assist and support residents, responding to all emergency situations and reporting any noticeable changes in their mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
  5. Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies.
Requirements:
  • PDSB training
  • Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
