Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Zone Placements is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, providing information or services to employees, and preparing and posting notices and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and provide information or services to employees.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract potential candidates.
  • Collect and screen applicants, advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
