Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Donor Engagement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for our annual giving program. This includes overseeing donor acquisition campaigns, increasing revenue and retention of annual, monthly, and mid-level giving donors, integrating planned giving marketing into direct response programs, and supervising the Annual Giving Coordinator.

You will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to create impactful campaigns and achieve revenue growth. Your expertise in project management, budgeting, and forecasting will be essential in ensuring the success of our annual giving program.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or sales and marketing, with 3+ years in annual giving or direct response marketing. You will possess superior project management skills, demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, creativity, and flexibility. Prior experience in managing budgets and forecasting, as well as supervising staff or coordinating teams, is also required.

A strong knowledge of CRM systems, data analysis, financial forecasting, and performance tracking is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment, are also necessary.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including RRSP and benefits programs.
