About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at Visier Solutions Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading people analytics company and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and execute complex contracts with customers and partners
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and support global expansion efforts
  • Provide expert counsel on corporate business matters, including employment relations and compliance
  • Support research and product expansion initiatives
Requirements
  • Active member of the Law Society of British Columbia with 4-7 years post-call experience
  • Experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer with exposure to SaaS technology, cross-border transactions, technology M&A, or international privacy and compliance
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet established goals in a deadline-driven environment
What We Offer

Competitive base pay range of $130k - $165k per year + bonus
