We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Coordinator to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our Industrial Engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Characterize planned and unplanned tasks, including RNC, BOI, Snags, and workbook activities.
- Support production leaders in day-to-day operations and during Daily Morning Meetings.
- Make production jobs executable by monitoring engineering disposition, parts availability, and documentation progression.
- Support the leader and production team in daily planning of tasks.
- Follow up on documentation related to aircraft completion progress.
- Carry out impact analysis on issues encountered in production.
- Be responsible for updating the planning of all aircraft by integrating impacts, constraints, and opportunities on the aircraft fleet.
- Facilitate high-level meetings and presentations on schedule follow-up.
- Participate and manage improvement projects.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Global vision of the company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a production environment.
- Dynamic and team-oriented individual.
- Leadership skills and ability to take on challenges.
- Patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project and Excel.
- Bilingual (French and English spoken and written).
