Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance activities of our facilities
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues
  • Lead and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in cleaning or facilities maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
