Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of various settings, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and their visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the progress and responsibilities of cleaning technicians on your crew
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
  • Empty and dispose of trash and recycling materials
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and waiting rooms
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
  • Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
  • Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Flexibility to work during non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, if required
Salary and Benefits:
  • Wages will depend on experience, but starting salary will range from $18-$20 per hour
  • Wages paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
