About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Peloton Expert. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and sales support to our customers, educating them on our portfolio of Peloton products and content, and creating meaningful interactions that drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Your Daily Impact
  • Provide personalized service and solutions to all customers
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and content
  • Help customers find the right product fit for their needs
  • Meet or exceed established performance goals
  • Contribute to all store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned
  • Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support

  • A passion for fitness, technology, and Peloton
  • Approachable, good listener, and empathetic
  • Proven sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Ability to create immersive customer experiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and team-oriented
  • Flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
