Senior Software Development Engineer

At Amazon Web Services Identity and Access Management (AWS IAM), we are building, operating, and innovating the identity management, authentication, and authorization stack for the AWS cloud. Our mission is to push the technical boundaries to enable AWS customers to run their business workloads confidently and securely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex system components with an uncompromising bar on quality.
  • Partner with others to effectively inform prioritization, build consensus, and rally the team behind key business outcomes.
  • Support less experienced team members in growing their craft.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • ~7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
  • ~5 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • ~Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
