We are seeking a highly skilled Global Technical Solutions Specialist to join our Sciemetric team. As a key member of our Installations Team, you will be responsible for deploying Sciemetric test systems at customer sites across North America and the globe.
In this role, you will work directly with blue-chip customers to implement test systems and provide advanced technical support. You will leverage our proprietary electronic signature analysis software and In-Process Testing (IPT) technology to understand manufacturing process behavior and help customers identify defects in their processes.
Your responsibilities will include programming and configuring application software to collect and process data from various instruments, applying filtering and smoothing techniques to identify key features in manufacturing processes, and communicating customer requirements to our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics. You will also possess excellent troubleshooting skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additionally, you should have a willingness to travel throughout North America and globally, approximately 30-50% of the time, and be able to obtain a USMCA TN visa.
Job Requirements- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics

- Aptitude for programming and proficiency in Lua
- Ability to work independently and execute tasks with minimal supervision

$95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
