We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join our team at Textron. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in predictive and preventive maintenance to drive process improvements and optimize equipment performance.

As a Maintenance Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily planning of predictive/preventative maintenance activities of all manufacturing equipment and processes. You will work closely with the local Maintenance team to ensure action plans and timelines are met, and standard is kept and developed further.

This is a full-time position on the first shift with a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year. If you have a Master's degree in Engineering and 3-5 or more years' experience in high-volume manufacturing (preferably automotive), we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support spare parts management in collaboration with the local Maintenance Team and Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Implementation of best practices and solutions to improve maintenance processes.
  • Responsible for collecting and correlating OEE data and key metrics for use in TPM daily activities.
  • Use of CMMS D7i software tools to drive global standardization within the maintenance processes.
  • Develop and implement technical standards.
  • Responsible for successful IATF and local departmental audits relating to all aspects of the EAM processes.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 or more years' experience in high-volume manufacturing (preferably automotive).
  • Detailed knowledge about predictive and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • General knowledge of legal requirements relative to all aspects of operating / maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook), CMMS, and Minitab skills.
  • English speaking and writing skills.
