Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all QA and QC activities are implemented according to company and client standards.
  • Educate and provide recommendations to the project team on quality management improvements.
  • Monitor construction activities for deviations from specification and address them appropriately.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the project management team to address customer concerns regarding quality.
  • Gather information on quality-related construction concerns to identify issues, consult, problem-solve, and provide solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and zero defects through quality plans and processes.
  • Write and maintain various formal quality management documents.
  • Minimize deficiencies and reworks through setting clearly defined quality targets.
  • Comply with company and customer's Quality Management Program.
