The Health & Safety Senior Analyst role plays a critical part in supporting the Health and Safety function of the region, ensuring that the HESA management system is implemented according to Company requirements, procedures, and applicable legal regulations across all sites.

Liaising closely with the Corporate HESA team, this professional defines and provides a comprehensive application of the management system, focusing on systematic identification, assessment, and control of hazards and risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the implementation of HESA procedures, issuing and updating them as necessary, and preparing periodical reports
  • Identifying applicable legal requirements and ensuring compliance
  • Supporting and monitoring the development and implementation of proper HESA training

This role also entails complying with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, as well as adhering to all laws and regulations governing the area of responsibility.

A minimum of CRSP or relevant Health & Safety certification is required. The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work effectively and collaboratively with various internal stakeholders and cross-functional groups.

The working hours are 8 am - 5 pm (day shift), with flexibility based on business needs. A comprehensive benefits package, including an employer-paid pension plan, is offered. In some instances, relocation assistance may be provided.
