Job Description
- Oversight of the Winnipeg office, including management of supplies, facilities, and deliveries
- Support to the Leadership Team, including administrative tasks, travel bookings, and expenses
- Support to the Sales & Marketing Team, including customer/trade show management, venue/travel/hotel booking
- Management of company fleet vehicles across the country
- Management of couriers and packing/shipping of customer rebate letters for Sales/Finance
- Backup data entry for Customer Service/Finance (orders/invoices/reconciliation)
- Assistance with IT services as required, including hands-on support for audio/video equipment
- Support for special projects as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience in using SAP is an asset
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative when necessary
