Strategic Director for Operations

Cleeve Technology Incorporated seeks a seasoned Strategic Director for Operations to oversee the implementation of organizational policies and programs.
This senior role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of manufacturing or production environments.
About the Role- This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and coordinating regional operations.
- This strategic leader will establish financial controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
- The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A team player with strong interpersonal awareness, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure is required.
- Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.
- Represent the organization or delegate representatives in negotiations or official functions.
- Establish objectives for the organization, formulate policies, and programs.
