Strategic Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Director to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners
- Manage and optimize financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance and minimize risk
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a trade and broadcasting industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with MS Access and other business software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
