Kitchen Assistant Coordinator

The Kitchen Assistant Coordinator at Birsay Kitchen is a critical role that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The primary responsibilities include receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving abilities. They will also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
