Insurance Account Manager

Personnel Alter Ego is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team of advisors, analysts, and account managers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a portfolio of clients, ensuring the best quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of clients, ensuring the best quality of service;
- Negotiate and carry out contract renewals and amendments;
- Market and negotiate with insurers;
- Prepare all customer invoices;
- Verify that contracts issued are in accordance with negotiations carried out;
- Perform other related duties as requested by the manager or management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial damage insurance;
- Hold a license in business damage insurance issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers;
- DEC or AEC in insurance and financial services (an asset);
- Fluency in both French and English;
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook;
- TAM software skills (an asset).
