About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Assistant to join our team at Oliva General Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Support: Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Site Maintenance: Help maintain a safe and organized work environment by cleaning and piling salvaged materials, removing rubble and debris, and tending to equipment.
  • Task Execution: Assist in the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, ramps, and other site structures, as well as the mixing, pouring, and spreading of materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our site supervisors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
