Education Lead

We are seeking an experienced Education Lead - Instructor to join our team at New Sight Development Co. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in work sessions, preparing teaching materials, and delivering lectures and presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise students in work sessions and provide guidance and support as needed
- Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses, including lesson plans and assessments
- Deliver lectures and presentations to students, using a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate learners
- Conduct course and program evaluation to ensure high-quality education and make recommendations for improvement
- Advise students on program curricula and career decisions, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in education or a related field
- 3 years of experience in teaching or education leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
