Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Liquor Nerds. As a Retail Stock Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment, ensuring that products are accurately priced and displayed, and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming stock, including checking for damage and verifying quantities
  • Restock shelves and display areas, ensuring that products are facing forward and at the correct height
  • Accurately price and label products, using a price gun or stickers
  • Count and reconcile inventory, identifying any discrepancies or issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and inventory goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or inventory experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
