Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Liquor Nerds. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves and display areas
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and directing customers to products
  • Process customer transactions, including ringing up purchases and handling returns
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or stockroom environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions
  • Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work in a team environment with other sales associates and stockroom staff
