Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support incident reports.
  • Monitor and control access to the park, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe and secure environment, including patrolling the park and responding to incidents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests, associates, and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in law enforcement, criminology, or a related field preferred.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification and a valid security guard license required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
