Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist II, III, or Licensed to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, case management, and individual counseling to our clients. You will also lead groups and provide crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide diagnostic assessments and referrals for psychiatric services
  • Manage cases and provide individual counseling
  • Lead groups and provide crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other teams and parties involved in treatment
  • Assist with program development, policy, and procedure development, and compliance with WACs and RCWs
Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work
  • Four or more years of clinical experience in the field
  • Active, approved license from the Washington State Department of Health
  • Meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP)
  • Hold and maintain an active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License or mental health Associate License
