About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Jae Woo Shim. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and education to infants and children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing, Dressing, and Feeding

Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of infants and children by bathing, dressing, and feeding them in a timely and hygienic manner.

Personal Hygiene and Social Development

Instruct children in proper personal hygiene practices and support their social development through play and interaction.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, including meals, sleep schedules, and any notable events or milestones.

Environment and Safety

Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Activities and Outings

Plan and organize engaging activities, such as games and outings, to promote cognitive development and socialization.

Nutrition and Meal Preparation

Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Rest and Relaxation

Help infants and children prepare for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep.

Supervision and Care

Provide constant supervision and care to infants and children, responding to their needs and ensuring their safety at all times.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in childcare, with a focus on infant and child care.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

A 30-40 hour workweek is expected.
