Head of Strategic Partnerships

As the Manager of Cross Vertical Partnerships at Lightspeed, you will play a pivotal role in driving global and cross-product partnership opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, you will own some of our largest partnerships and collaborate closely with the wider partnerships, strategy, product, legal, and finance teams to determine priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage partners directly and work closely with internal and external commercial and legal teams on negotiations and agreements.
- Schedule regular touch points with key partners to ensure they can articulate Lightspeed's priorities and how they can contribute.
- Proven results working across legal, product, and commercial teams, with a track record of setting or shaping strategy and delivering executional plans with measurable impact.
- Engage at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with partners.
- Lead a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions and build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and business judgment.
