Inventory Control Manager

Canada Inc. Company Number is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including inventory control software.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate coverage and expertise in inventory management.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of staff and resources.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in inventory control software and MS Windows.
Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and provide technical advice to staff.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Work Term:Permanent position.
Hours:30 hours per week.
