At Window Mart, we're seeking a reliable and skilled installation helper to join our team in Calgary and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and hardworking individuals to grow with our experienced team of installers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe and efficient removal of old windows at each job site.
  • Load and unload materials from our truck to the work site and vice versa.
  • Install vinyl windows, steel doors, and fibreglass doors using hand tools and portable power tools.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of workplace safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with others to achieve desired results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns.
  • Clean the job site safely and dispose of old materials appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret industry-specific technical documents.
