Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Horizon Health Network. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to identify talent acquisition needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Post and manage recruitment advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Source and screen candidates, including resume searches and interviews.
- Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information and facilitate the determination of licensure eligibility.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including the issuance of offer letters and the setup of new hire credentials.
- Provide administrative support as required, including team meeting coordination and preparation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
