Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Horizon Health Network seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment and onboarding processes for medical staff in the Miramichi area.
About the Job:This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists to support talent acquisition needs.
- Post and manage recruitment advertisements on various platforms.
- Complete sourcing activities, including resume searches and job ads.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information and facilitate determination of licensure eligibility.
- Coordinate processes and documents throughout interviewing and profile review processes.
- Liaison with Physician Privileging Assistants to procure licensing and credentialing information.
- Manage timely submission of documents by all stakeholders.
- Maintain timelines, address queries, and manage multiple steps between verbal offer and offer contract signing.
- Manage content for all offer letter templates and issuance process.
- Manage all communication to external applications.
- Keep candidates informed of next steps and mandatory requirements.
- Coordinate with IT, leasing, and admin departments to set-up new hire credentials and office spaces.
- Manage central database for all career fair events.
- Provide subject matter expertise and resourcefulness to general inquiries from new hires.
- Act as a regional support for all engagement and recognition events.
- Provide administrative support as required.

Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, with experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Written and spoken competence in English at an advanced level.
