Business Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Assistant to join our team at Nu-Way Personnel Inc. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to our employees, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes and correspondence
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to employees
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or department
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
**Requirements:**
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
