- Support and Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to our clients on financial system implementation and maintenance.
- Development: Collaborate with our development team to design and implement custom financial solutions.
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing of financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure successful financial system implementation.
- Active Participation: Participate in regular meetings and discussions to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs to our clients on financial system usage and best practices.
- Coaching: Provide coaching and mentoring to our clients on financial system implementation and maintenance.
- Solution Design: Design and implement custom financial solutions to meet our clients' specific needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure long-term success.
- Commercial Development: Collaborate with our commercial team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience implementing financial modules in MS Dynamics NAV / D365 BC.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, including general ledger, financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, treasury, fixed assets, invoicing, financial reporting, multi-currency, multi-company, etc.
- Ability to serve and train customers in the United States and other countries on complex subjects intended for ERP system implementation projects.
- MB 800 Dynamics 365 BC Functional Associate certification (preferred).
