About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist at Rehab First Inc., you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to changing lives. We are seeking skilled professionals to support our growing client base in Ottawa, ON.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Provide treatment services in clinic, community, home, or workplace settings.
  • Prepare and submit case notes and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements
  • MSc. Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent.
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario in good standing or in process of registration as a new grad.
  • Experience in healthcare settings, preferably in the community.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, such as Health Care Consent Act and Mental Health Act.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
