Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Visa4UInc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role
  • Permanent position with a minimum of 32.5 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
