About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Process customer requests and transactions, including connections, disconnections, and changes to services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the utility industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
