Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Age: 16 or older
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations, including handling cash and operating a cash register.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
