Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Transportcity Service Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales assistants, and design team members.
- Sales and Operations: Assign sales staff to duties, manage sales floor operations, and ensure that all sales and customer service standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that inventory is accurately recorded.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customer complaints are addressed promptly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
