Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Transportcity Service Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to improve their performance.
  • Manage the store's cash handling and banking procedures, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Temporaire.
